The Estate has two wineries. One has been set up in a restored 18th century house and is used for the white and rosé wines, fully equipped for modern winemaking, 250.000 litters of storage and bottling.
This winery has 2 pneumatic presses, stainless steel tanks, cooling system for alcoholic fermentation and wine stabilization, bottling and labelling equipment and a quality control laboratory.
The second winery is used for the red wine, housed in another equally striking stone building where more traditional methods are employed. With a capacity of 150.000 litters, this facility also has a cooling and heating systems to control the alcoholic and malo-lactic fermentations.
